Our 2021 holiday gift guide for the travel lovers in your life

Updated: Dec 15, 2021

"It's not how much we give, but how much love we put into gifting." - Mother Teresa
The beautiful Rockefeller tree!

Where has 2021 gone?! The past year has been some kind of weird time-warp if you ask us, but regardless of how fast the year has gone, the holidays are among us! We have picked up some new favorites throughout the year that we would like to share as great holiday gift ideas. Many of these items are geared towards travel lovers like ourselves, but can be enjoyed by anyone. Let us know if you have any recommendations you would like to share in the comments, the more the merrier!

We wish you all a very happy, healthy, and fun holiday season!

Without further ado, here is our 2021 holiday gift guide:

Let’s acknowledge that travel can be stressful! This little gadget is small, but powerful for relieving the muscles in your scalp, neck, or pretty much anywhere you can reach.

We have really enjoyed using this after a flight or road trip to get the blood flowing again.

We absolutely love personalized gifts, and in case you do as well, these are for you! PastBook is a great option to create an easy, beautiful photo book of your travel memories. Paint Your Life will take any photo that you send them and turn it into a one-of-a-kind actual painting! You can’t go wrong with either one of these to bring on a little bit of nostalgia.

3. The Adventure Challenge Books

At first, we thought this idea was a little cheesy, but it actually has been a very fun way to spend time together as a family with new activities. We have the family edition, but they have also released a couples and solo edition. Check them out below.

4. Noise-Cancelling Headphones (currently $170 off for Black Friday)

Noise cancelling headphones will forever be on every gift list because they are simply crucial to an enjoyable flight or long car ride in our book. Our favorite Bose headphones are currently on a big sale for Black Friday, so snatch them up if you need a new pair!

5. A cozy cardigan (with pockets of course)

You can’t go wrong with a cardigan for long days of travel! Temperatures on flights are notoriously unpredictable.

Our new favorite slip on sneakers are these Olukai ones! Comfortable, cute, and great quality for long days of walking.

If you need a little extra support in your shoes, these insoles have been a lifesaver! You can just slip them into any shoe to bring the comfort up a notch.

Once you start using packing cubes, you never go back (ha)! They are a great organizational tool for long trips and they make packing your suitcase much easier.

For all fellow tripod lovers, we recently added this little guy to our collection and have been loving it! You open it up on any solid surface and it’s much quicker to set up than our larger tripod.

This is a great subscription box option for people who want to try out new items from around the world. They curate a selection of snacks, ingredients, and beverages from a different country every month.

This may be the cutest gadget to bring on your travels! For those who hate to leave their coffee machines at home, you can get a little kick of expresso on-the-go.

Pick-pocketing incidents are an unfortunate reality of traveling. That’s why we love this brand of bags that incorporates multiple levels of protection against theft. This cross body style is definitely a favorite!

Stocking stuffers!

Of course these exist now! Check out this passport and vax card holder so you can keep your important items in one place.

Sleeping on a plane is never easy, but these eye masks certainly help!

This is a great way to make sure you never misplace your phone charger or camera accessories!

Don’t be like us swapping items into each other’s suitcases at the airport because one of us went over 50 pounds…*cough* PAM *cough*.

Thank you for reading and we hope that this list sparks some gift ideas for your loved ones or for yourself this holiday season!
